The simplified Hadith course is designed for the first year non-Arab students of the WF Muballigheen Training Program. The Hadith course as well as Fiqh course is to run in line with the Arabic course levels. For each lesson a short and easy Prophet's statement is presented then discussed, memorized and tested linguistically and semantically.The first objective of this course is to help the non-Arab students to learn and understand the most important holy statements that are relevant to life and Moslem faith and conduct. This will also contribute to training of the Muballigh during his first task of tableegh during summer break when sent back to his hometown. The second objective of this course is to help students to learn aspects of the Arabic language and vocabulary through the best samples and patterns ever known of Arabic in the speeches of Prophet Mohammed and Imam Ali The teacher will follow the following method of teaching: 1. Reads the Hadith in the textbook and explains the meanings. 2. Students should understand and memorize each Hadith with its language and scientific features. 3. The teacher asks relevant comprehension and linguistic questions to test the students' understanding and language. 4. Students do written homework exercises outside the class. It is better first to test the student's response to the exercises orally in the class. 5. Homework exercises are pertinent to the scientific as well as linguistic features of the Hadith. 6. The teacher should check their homework performance later on. |
